BridgeWeb2Native ("BW2N," "we," "our," or "us") is a service of SaloneNest LLC that converts a customer's existing website into native iOS and Android apps. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you create an account, configure an app project, and manage a subscription, and the choices you have about that data. By using BridgeWeb2Native, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform:

• Account information — your name, email address, and password (handled by our authentication provider; passwords are never stored in plaintext), and, if you provide them at signup, your company and role
• App project data — the source website URL you're converting, app name, app icon and splash screen images, brand colors, and platform selection (Android/iOS)
• App identifiers — package name and bundle ID you assign to your app for store submission
• Publishing details — information you submit through the publish questionnaire for app store listings, including your developer name and your own app's privacy policy URL
• Subscription and billing data — your plan tier, billing cycle, and payment records processed through PayPal (we do not store your raw card or PayPal account credentials)
• Support and community data — support tickets, feedback submissions, and messages you post in community chat
• App transfer records — when you transfer ownership of an app project to another account
• Usage and device data — pages visited, session timestamps, browser type, and IP address, collected for analytics, security, and fraud prevention

• To build, configure, and publish native app packages from your source website
• To process subscription billing and manage your plan entitlements
• To respond to support tickets and feedback
• To operate community chat features between users
• To facilitate app ownership transfers you initiate
• To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and platform abuse
• To send service notifications — build status, billing, and platform updates
• To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics

• Passwords — never stored or transmitted in plaintext
• Payment data — handled directly by PayPal; we never see or store your full payment credentials
• Data hosting — hosted on infrastructure with TLS encryption in transit and at rest
• Access controls — role-based access; only authorized personnel can access account and billing records

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Payment processors — PayPal receives the minimal data required to process your subscription payments
• App store platforms — when you publish an app, the assets and metadata you provide (icon, name, package identifiers, your own privacy policy URL) are submitted to Apple App Store and/or Google Play as required for app review and listing
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and storage providers under data processing agreements
• Regulatory authorities — when required by law or valid legal process

BridgeWeb2Native converts your website into a native app wrapper — it does not collect or process end-user data on your app's behalf. You remain solely responsible for your own app's privacy policy, data practices, and compliance with app store requirements and applicable law for whatever your website itself collects from your visitors. The privacy policy URL you submit through our publish questionnaire is yours to maintain, not ours.

• Account and app project data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to handle disputes or legal obligations
• Billing records are retained as required by applicable financial recordkeeping regulations
• Support tickets, feedback, and community messages are retained while your account is active
• You may request deletion of your account and associated non-regulatory data by contacting us below

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your account and non-regulatory personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Receive a portable copy of your data

BridgeWeb2Native is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn a minor has created an account, we will close it and delete the associated data promptly.
