Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BridgeWeb2Native ("BW2N," "we," "our," or "us"), a service operated by SaloneNest LLC. By creating an account or using BridgeWeb2Native, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BridgeWeb2Native converts a website you provide into native app packages for Android and/or iOS, which you can then customize (icon, splash screen, brand colors, app identifiers), preview, and publish to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store. Plans, add-ons, and platform availability are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the website you submit for conversion, and that using it through BridgeWeb2Native does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

You retain all ownership of your website content. We do not claim ownership of your website, your brand assets (icons, splash screens, colors), or the apps generated from them. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and package your website solely to provide the conversion and publishing service.

Publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is subject to those platforms' own developer agreements, review processes, and policies, which are outside our control. We do not guarantee app store approval. You are responsible for maintaining a valid developer account with each platform you publish to, and for the accuracy of the publishing details (including your own app's privacy policy URL) you submit through our publish questionnaire.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as selected at signup, and processed through PayPal
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period
• Add-on purchases are billed at the time of purchase
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise
• We may change plan pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance

BridgeWeb2Native lets you transfer ownership of an app project to another account. Once a transfer is completed, the receiving account gains full control of the app project, and the originating account loses access. Transfers cannot be reversed once accepted by the receiving account — initiate them only when you're certain.

You agree not to use BridgeWeb2Native to:

• Convert a website you do not own or have rights to use
• Publish an app containing illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content
• Attempt to circumvent app store review policies through misrepresentation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer or resell the app-building service itself without authorization

Messages you post in community chat or submit through support tickets and feedback must comply with these Terms and basic standards of respectful conduct. We may remove content or restrict access to these features at our discretion for violations.

We aim to keep BridgeWeb2Native available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including app store or payment processor downtime), and other factors outside our control may affect availability.

BridgeWeb2Native is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaloneNest LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including app store rejection, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, your access to app projects and published packages managed through your account may be discontinued, subject to any obligations we have to retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date below and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Continued use of BridgeWeb2Native after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
